Way off topic but I’ve got to drop it somewhere. Yesterday we learned the trump high tower in NY is taking a beating, not even going to be called by that name but only by its Fifth Avenue address, and today more good news.
At Doral, which Trump has listed in federal disclosures as his biggest moneymaker hotel, room rates, banquets, golf and overall revenue were all down since 2015. In two years, the resort’s net operating income — a key figure, representing the amount left over after expenses are paid — had fallen by 69 percent.
Even in a vigorous economy, the property was missing the Trump Organization’s internal business targets; for instance, the club expected to take in $85 million in revenue in 2017 but took in just $75 million.

Twitter is named alongside Mair as a defendant in the suit, in which Nunes alleges the two — along with two anonymous troll accounts posing as Nunes’ “mom” and his “cow” — orchestrated a coordinated campaign to defame him.
A cow who can orchestrate and coordinate? I gotta’ admit - that is one damn smart(ass) cow!

Perhaps Eric meant it was literally on fire. Nah, probably not.
First, I gotta say that the Cow being able to “coordinate” immediately places it higher on the evolutionary tree than anyone in Trump’s campaign who we are supposed to believe were too incompetent to coordinate with Russia.
Claiming, however, that Virginia is an inconvenient forum when its the residence of the only named individual defendant, presupposes that what Mair said is somehow less actionable than the other junk and that’s not right. From what I’ve seen, none of this is defamation but, on the sliding scale, Mair’s statements are closer to libel to the others which are more clearly protected parody.
Not to get drawn into this, but “ruminate” works well here.
