Discussion for article #245208
“It’s not the dog in the fight that’s important, it’s the fight in the dog that’s important, and this dog has a lot of fight,” he said, according to The Hill.
I've always been a sucker for people putting a new, original spin on a situation. Innovation, unique rhetoric from a politician is so refreshing.
Why are so many elected GOP politicians so damn stupid?
That’s right, you sniveling poltroon, be the first in line to kiss the bully’s ass, and don’t forget to tell him how good it smells if you know what’s good for you.
Take one good long look at “The Republican lieutenant governor of South Carolina, Henry McMaster” in that photo.
Then ask yourself: “Would I buy a used car from this guy?”
Hell No!
Talk about a self-serving opportunist grifter latching on to what he sees as a “rising star’s coattails” that can further his own career…
You will see MUCH more of this in coming weeks as Trump solidifies his hold on the GOP. The rats won’t leave the sinking ship, they will gladly jump on-board in the hope it gets THEM someplace (before it sinks.)
It’s not the dog in the fight that’s important, it’s the fight in the dog that’s important
Any bullying racist will do.
It’s a documented requirement for the position in the Republican Party.
“WANTED: Arrogant Moron to take ridiculous political positions in support of their Oligarch Masters to whip up the mouth-breathers to support them in their seditious, fascist causes. Good Pay. No Responsibility required. Must be willing to lie on cue with a straight face to morons. Advancement opportunities dependent upon job performance.”
Republicans are nuttier than squirrel shit
You forgot, “Other duties as required.”
Interesting things about McMasters;
-He needs money
-McMaster is best known in Palmetto political circles for his nickname – “Foghorn Leghorn” – an homage to his thick Southern drawl and dubious intelligence.
-He’s under investigation for accepting campaign donations above the legal limit and will likely have to repay it
-According to the complaint he “created a phantom general election in which he was not participating and solicited additional donations for that election in an effort to circumvent the law.”
-In September 2015, the State Ethics Commission refused to drop charges against him
-In January 2016, he called for statewide ethics reform
BONUS- He was a protege of segregationist Strom Thurmond
I’m sick of being a LIEUTENANT-governor… Hell, THIS guy is paid attention to more than me!
Who?
And wasn’t there anyone higher-ranking to get an endorsement from? You know, like the deputy second comptroller of the secretary of the dogcatcher’s office in Ottumwa, Iowa?
this dog
Well, he got one thing right…
We love all white racists, even from New York.
"It's not the dog in the fight that's important, it's the fight in the dog that's important..."
No, Lt. Governor, what’s important is that he’s a dog. Dogs are not suitable for the job.
“…and speaks the truth in words everyone can understand…”
“When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best…They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists."
“He’s not a war hero…He was a war hero because he was captured. I like people who weren’t captured.”
“But I think that I would probably get along with (Vladimir Putin) very well.”
“I could stand in the middle of 5th Avenue and shoot somebody and I wouldn’t lose voters,”
Completely 100% totally true.
Stop! You’re making Huckabee hungry…
Republican = Moron!
Straight from the home of American sedition, South Cacalacky! Bravo, Trump, you’ve ensnared another ignorant person with your parlor tricks. Let’s see how well you do with the general voting public, and not your Tea Party morans.
