Gardner another Republican pos!

I recommend watching the video. The crowd reaction is pretty fun.

I should have known that the next step in the onslaught of the Right on the United States would be the total politicization of all forms of information.

This is very important. Except for foraging or horticultural or pastoral societies, people depend on others for their information.

That is the opening that the Right has seized. Even if they are ridiculed, enough people are peeled off year by year so as to eventually make a society based on necessary commonalities virtually impossible.

Again, I have stated that this problem is solvable, but I fear that those who could address it are not sufficiently connected to the present American political system.

Just show Gardener a RedQueen— make that a KochBuck,
and he’ll do as he has been brainwashed to do.

“There is still question about whether it really happened,”

Wonder if Tom Ready says the same thing about Columbine or the mass shooting that occurred in a movie theater in Aurora, Colorado

or, when confronted with these hideous events, does he just dismiss them as incidental occurrences that must be endured in order to have unencumbered gun freedom.???

Dear moron-

One doesn’t need to prove that a school massacre occurred. Instead, paint huffing fools like you bear the weight of having to prove that it didn’t happen.

Good luck with that.

Hey, this buttoned-down, softly spoken lunatic has been pretending to move to the center ever since the primary. You really don’t expect him to give up every fringe idea during the General Election charade against the eminently reasonable, moderate Sen. Udall?

Several commenters have questioned or deplored my use of the word “scum” to describe low-life right-wing “conservative” Republicans. Now do you see what I’m talkin’ about?

“I know those kids were killed," he told the Chieftain. “But there are some facts that have not been proven. That’s all I was alluding to, period. It’s terrible.”

Facts don’t need to be proven.

Some conspiracy theories are more offensive than others but the Sandy Hook Truthers top the list. They can all go to hell.

Oh, they will, but unfortunately, we have to wait until Nature takes its course.

If we are on conspiracy theories, here’s mine: The RWNJs deconstructing reality–these kids weren’t really shot!!–is just mind training for deconstructing economic reality–tax breaks for the rich will help everyone!!-- toward the end of enriching the rich.

Gardner is going to win. Now there is a big conspiracy theory. His personhood loving ass is going to be challenging vote counts soon just like the numbnut in Mississippi or wherever.

I just don’t get the impulse behind this sort of delusion. I mean, is this just some mental illness? Why deny something no one would ever make up? What are they thinking happened? Is it really anything they imagine Obama might believe (because, uh, it’s true) must be cast into doubt just because it’s Obama?

But really, if they are serious about this, they are insane. And if they’re not serious, the level of evil needed to exploit these families’ horror is beyond reckoning.

In previous generations, this sort of delusion would have been recognized as insanity. Of course, if we started calling out every weird right-wing trope as what it is-- insane-- well, there wouldn’t be any rightwingers left in the “Sane” category.

Yep. Beneath scum.

That’s the problem with Karma, she’s so slow.

Wait, Sandy Hook now has truthers? That is astounding, really reaching way beyond the pale. Stunning.

I had to put one of these idiots out of my house and life recently. One doesn’t choose one’s in-law’s, and I had tolerated, more or less, his other Alex Jones fantasies (tolerate can too = snide snickering!), but this one was a step too far. He, and his weird buddies, can believe they live in an X-Files episode if they want, but there is a difference between kooky and evil. Jones and his fools are no different, to me, than Beck’s merry band of sociopaths.

Shouldn’t he be called a Sandy Hook Liar, not a Truther?
