Amazing what these Republican toads will say when running in a deep blue area. For those who don’t know they are both Primary candidates for Marco Rubio’s seat. There is a mass of humanity running for the republican primary one of which Carlos Beruff, a real estate developer who has already blanketed the Orlando area with nonstop commercials (some money boys must be behind him) He is emerging as the guy I would most like to punch in the face as he spouts a tea party "We’re-all -sick -of -poliiticians- you-should -elect me " line

Republican Rep. David Jolly -- a candidate for the Senate from Florida -- said Monday that he believed that Merrick Garland, President Obama's Supreme Court nominee, deserved a hearing and a vote before Obama leaves office, but added that he believed Garland should be rejected in a Senate vote.

This is not surprising as many in the GOP want it both ways. They want the political cover of claiming to be in favor of the Senate performing its Constitutional obligation, while not having the actual burden of action. If this guy was already in the Senate he would be singing a different tune.

Just another Republican politicizing the nomination for their personal political gain. Garland will be confirmed post November election once Hillary is elected, as well as, a majority of Democrats in the Senate and a strong pickup in the House. Until then Garland nomination is ripe as political fodder by the sleazes.
