It seems like Republicans have been predicting Kennedy’s retirement since PP’s inauguration. Maybe he was genuinely mulling it over a year ago, but I’d like to believe that everything he’s seen since then from this president has given him great pause about leaving before 2021.

I think Sen Heller is going to retire around sometime early summer when his / prostitute hush money account / sexual harassment - hostile workplace lawsuit / Russian covert funding scandal / becomes public.

Heller is the single most-endangered GOP Senate incumbent.
He’s flailing around trying very hard to find a way to stay in his cushy job, which makes his grifting easier.
He’s also an idiot who doesn’t know whether to shit, go blind, or wind his watch.

If this is true, I fear for Roe v Wade. Roe v Wade will be reversed.
There have been rumors of Kennedy retiring for well over a year now. He certainly has the right to retire when he feels but for the good of the country, I hope he realizes allowing Trump to pick the next court seat would be a monumental F-you to the people, the constitution and the future of the country and would tarnish Kennedy’s legacy.
