In all fairness, nobody knew it was a complex issue.

That’s funny, I’m optimistic that they won’t be able to pass an ACA repeal this year or anytime very soon, at least along the lines they have seemed to prefer.

House bill DOA in Senate?? My, how unexpected. I never saw that one coming!

Of course, next year it will be something entirely different, because we’re coming up to mid-term elections. The Goopers will certainly come up with something great by then.

But with their hamfisted incompetence they can discourage marketplace participation.

Well I have it on good republican authority that it will be done by July!

In all fairness everyone Likes Obamacare

It must be agonizingly painful for the GOP that so many citizens will remain insured for just a bit longer.

Yup, they won’t die off before they can vote next year. Sad!

In the 1980s, Donald Trump became a global symbol of wealth and success who was planning to build the tallest skyscraper in the world. But the one deal he really wanted to cut was an arms reduction treaty with the Soviet Union that would take nuclear missiles off the Cold War’s battlefield. It’s now clear that Trump knows quite literally nothing about nuclear weapons, but then he fantasized going toe-to-toe with the Russkies at the nuclear bargaining table.

“It’s something that somebody should do that knows how to negotiate and not the kind of representatives that I have seen in the past,” he told the Washington Post in 1984. "It would take an hour-and-a-half to learn everything there is to learn about missiles…I think I know most of it anyway."

Never fear, Trump is a quick study.

After 10 minutes of discussion, while words of more than 2 syllables get bandied about, he’ll come out with “Nobody knew nuclear missile negotiation was so complicated…”

Sen Burr, I’m not at all optimistic about America’s future!

Will you please put down your party banner and pick up the American Flag and say WE ARE UNITED, AGAIN?!

You and all of your colleagues know this mess has gone to far. END THIS CACA NOW!

Every story like this I imagine Yakkity Saks playing in the background.

I’m sure that the fact that GOP-driven gerrymandering doesn’t affect Senate elections has nothing to do with the Republican-controlled Senate’s reluctance to pass TrumpCare.

Personally I think waving the flag in these times is a bit nationalistic and smacks of jingoism.

Are they still grinding away in secret? All this defeatist talk seem more like a tactic than an honest realization.

Poor Pubbies. Didn’t they have an Obamacare replacement plan that was just wonderful and ready to go about seven years ago or was that just a bunch of Pubbie****? Now we have to wait at least another seven or more months for the Pubbie plan?

Goddamn it’s sad and pathetic that you can’t admit that the plans you’ve been pushing suck and the one you opponent put in place is actually decent. Especially when it something that truly helps folks and you know it helps folks. These folks are truly self centered assholes. Donald represents them and their beliefs perfectly.

A. Idiot americans elect idiot who tells them he makes the bestest deals ever

B. Idiot lawmakers lower the bar so that only 50 senators need to be convinced to vote for bestest health care deal ever

C. Idiots disagree over idiocy, fail to surmount their idiotic, training-wheel applied bar of removing coverage from millions.

Non-idiots rejoice!
