The Kingfisher from LA is suggesting that Trump put a deal on the table before he pounded on it with his fist and left in a huff? That meeting was shorter than most GOP family values marriages these days.

Nobody can stand a Big Baby having a temper tantrum.Yet conservatives can’t help but insult women voters everytime they open their mouths. Just because they treat their own wives and daughters that way, they think they can do it to suburban working women, too?

As a general rule, modern Republicans don’t grasp the distinction between “lead” and “command”.

Nancy Pelosi leads her caucus, but she does not command her caucus how to think or how to vote. This is in stark contrast to Donald Trump and “his senators”, the latter of whom are apparently being commanded to run out to CNN and Fox and whoever to see who can lick Trump’s boot/butt more emphatically.

Sad.

Regardless of her motivation, she still controls the House. You can demean her all you like, but this truth prevails. We don’t have an all-powerful leader—we have three co-equal branches of government. That is what Constitutional Originalists will tell you, and that is the way the government works.
Even if you say she’s a mean old woman and no one likes her, this truth remains. Even if you say that she’s an emotionally unstable woman, this truth remains. No matter what you say, you will have to come to agreement with her.
This truth remains.

Is it possible to train one’s self to projectile vomit, and hit a specific target?

Oh look: “Turkey vultures will vomit to dispel any disturbing animal. They can propel their vomit up to 10 feet.”
This seems to be a good weapon to have.

Giving in to a bully always means peace and happiness will follow, right, Senator?

Nice try on that delusional flip flop twist around.
Trumps distaste for democracy should ring your bell but it won,t.

Who’s Mrs. Pelosi? Oh, did you mean Speaker Pelosi?

Since Trump insists on calling Speaker Pelosi and Sen. Schumer “Nancy” and “Chuck”, I suggest that they henceforth only refer to him as “Donald.”

Sen. John Kennedy needs to sit down and shut up like a good little Trump lickspittle. Some day, when he’s earned the right to criticize Pelosi he can talk, but Republicans should know their place and hold their tongues when talking about someone who is better than them in every way.

Deal? What deal? Trump is offering exactly nothing but the opportunity for Dems to help HIM get re-elected by keeping his inane promise.

Has he forgotten that Nancy Pelosi wasn’t the speaker when the shutdown started? Or that the Republicans were still in control for the first 2 weeks of the shutdown? She wasn’t the speaker earlier in the fall when they passed the CR, kicking it to December 21. His party has had total control for 2 years and this is the 3rd shutdown. How can it possibly be the fault of the Democrats or Nancy Pelosi?
