Discussion: GOP Rep. Wonders If NY Times' Sources Are Russians Posing As US Officials

Lizard People shapeshifting into New York Times reporters who are KGB agents who are also Mossad agents pretending to be KGB agents on odd days of the month and CIA honeypots on even days.

Funny, I was going to call him a dipshit, but asshat is goodā€¦

McCarthy and Trump have a lot in common, the overweening ambition to be adored, to the detriment of anything else.

Doh! Stoopā€™d gif!

About that POTUS tweet today during the hearing:

Comey says, under oath, that thatā€™s not what he said. Trumpā€™s going to blow a gasket.

Letā€™s get Trump under oath, please.

I often wonder whether all of the Republican reps are rectums posing as human beings.

Either way, the info is true.

I didnā€™t think the House hearing would be this informative and bad for Trump. On the contrary, itā€™s devastating, in part because of all the connections dems are making and what Comey and Rogers are and arenā€™t saying.

I cannot wait for the Senate hearing. Yowza!

Me neither but it certainly already has heated up and this is just the start.

What came to my mind was Michelle Bachman asking for assurances from Ben Bernanke that he would not move the U.S. from the dollar to a one world currency.

ā€œIs it possible that the New York Times was misled by individuals claiming to be current or former American officials?ā€ Rep. Brad Wenstrup (R-OH) asked.

Similarly, is it possible that stolen DNC emails were given to Wikileaks by US individuals claiming to be Russian agents? Iā€™m looking at you, Roger Stone and Rudy Giuliani.

All of them in league with the Bilderbergs and Raytheon and Bechtel and Colonel Sanders flying those tiny planes and helicopters moving the tornadoes around and the gay frogs because of the juice boxes and they think weā€™re the crazy ones!!!

Iā€™m old enough to remember when I would read a TPM headline about a Republican politicianā€™s stupid/outrageous comment and wonder whether he ā€“ usually he ā€“ was a State Senator or State Assemblyman or State Party Chairman.

At the conclusion of Wenstrupā€™s questions Nunes announced that Trey Gowdy would head a committee investigation looking into the meetings between HRC and a six-foot rabbit going by the name Harvey.

Sadly, irony does not register with the gopper crowd. Itā€™s too hard.

But I like it!!

ā€œIs it possible that a so-called ā€˜sourceā€™ to a media outlet may actually be a Russian advocate?ā€

Well, I suppose itā€™s possible that Rep. Brad Wenstrup (R-OH) is not actually a human member of congress but in fact a hair on my a**, but I think that is just as unlikely.

It is hard to believe that the Republicans are actually spewing this nonsense.

And then Comey repliedā€¦ ā€œYes, it is possible that the dirty ole Russians might have punked the NYT but that would mean that the Russians have switched sides and are now working against the WH and the Republicans. Do you as a loyal Republican know of any reason why the Russians might be unhappy with DJT or the Republicans in general?ā€

This dude is definitely nuts deep in this mess.

Itā€™s the defenders that are the most guilty because they are in a very compromising position.
If the investigation continues and they canā€™t discredit it, the whole sleazy bunch of them are going down and they know it.

Continue the investigation, watch who crumbles as the pressure ramps up and nail them too.
