I still can’t believe this guy who cheated on his wife and then got dumped by his lover wasn’t rejected by his voters.
Republicans will vote for any damn thing.

Rep. Mark Sanford (R-SC) said on Wednesday that the crowd at his last town hall “wasn’t manufactured” and attendees were “real people with real concerns.”
He continued, “I almost feel sorry I’m gonna vote to grind them and their families into the dirt. Almost.”
Then he slapped his knee and chuckled to himself for a good five minutes.
Depends on what people believe now.
While Congress’s generic #'s are way past underwater, if there is messaging that suggests that this guy is maybe better than the other, then folks are going to think that compromise works.
However what will the public say if both the ‘good’ n ‘bad’ cops are from the same party , is rather interesting.
Hes a Christian
GOP voter
I supposed he learned something on the Appalachian Trail.
Yeah that confuses me too. Except I get that a handful of GOP in Congress are taking a pass on saluting the Official Anus.
The next three years will seem that way.
Do you have a favorite hemorrhoid as well? ![]()
Only if the same set of dynamics are in play over that long a time.
Every bell curve has the probability of an outlier. If the republicans were smart (too bad you aren’t listening, Chaffetz), this is how they’d all respond to this kind of situation. He’s being smart: validating constituents who disagree with his policies (and not making them feel disrespected) and not further energizing outright opponents.
I LOL’d on that one.
Cable’s aflutter and unsure where to jam the shiv into these Town Hall revolts…
He really does have an idea here though!
Imagine of that we could elect a group of Representatives who would all work on problems jointly to help us build a better Society!
You’ll really like this one,tlq
I wonder what his relationship is with Chaffetz. It is almost like he is trolling the little snake boy who is afraid of loud voices.
Chaffetz? He is just a Koch-funded misanthrope who thinks that revolting smirk on his face is a thing of beauty!
I think he’s trying to go back to that Appalachian trail.
BTW, Trump’s day? Supposed to have led a budget meeting but from the photo I can tell he was there as long as the cameras were. How? Just water at his place, no diet soda.
So, I guess he just had lunch and watched TV…
Congressman Sanford is, I believe, a libertarian type conservative, apparently as tight with money as is humanly possible. So, I would never agree with his politics, but he has known personal pain, embarrassment and presumably some of this as well as other life events have enabled him to show compassion and understanding, and for that, I admire him. He is certainly head and shoulders above Jason Chaffetz, the arrogant snot from Utah and Mitch McConnell for whom I have no words, he is sub human in my book.
Whoda thunk Mark Sanford of all people would be the conscience of the GOP in 2017? You couldn’t make this shit up if you tried.
