My only hope is that when, or if, this Republican DonTCare bill fails to pass, the GOP in unison will find a way, (in that small collectively-shared, compartmentalized, reality-based teeny segment of their brain), to honestly blame this White House and Donald J. Trump, Pisher-in-Chief, for the failed attempt, instead of every other Tom, Dick and Harry, they will be wont to do. That would be the smart thing to do, knowing all this insanity, with this WH in mind, will not end well for him, or them, unless they get out of their stupor and idiocy, and think about where this country will be in a few months from now, with him still in charge. A tiny bit of forethought would go a long way if they didā¦and might actually benefit them in the end.
I can dreamā¦but I just know they wonāt do anything like that, because frankly, thatās too sensible a thing to do. They donāt know how to protect themselves from the eventual fallout. They still think they can run entirely on some propaganda machine to spit out their bullshit. Theyāre losing that ability to control the narrative however because they keep relying on tRump to provide inconsistent talking points.
Iām gonna quit nowā¦I can see my thoughts are running ahead of my words. Sorry if I didnāt make this as coherent as I tried.
All the Trumps have the same āmoralā standard of itās ok if thereās something in it for me. Thatās all that seems to matter to any of them. And I donāt see Donald being able to function at all if he doesnāt have the support he depends on from his family.
Gotta headout on a road trip to exotic Boulder City, NV where Iāll take Mrs von Holst to the best restaurant in town for our 46th. Before I go, this from The Guardianās Steve Bell. The Trump shit tsunami.
