Trump is in another manic episode. He got a whiff of the good stuff at CPAC and he’s ready to launch fresh assaults on the FBI and the press. Of course, this also has much to do with his administration’s total failure to come up with a cover story for all of the Russia diarrhea leaking out, but that’s ongoing.

The residents of Brooks state suffer disproportionately from numerous health issues. You figure he would support the ACA so they can get off their front porch couches and “rise again”. Though the ACA does cover Viagra which ought to help.

Cadillac tax -> “Hey, you’ve earned it!” luxury membership fee
“premium”, “deductible”, “copay”, etc. -> “why sweat the small stuff?” odds ‘n’ ends

Personally, I think Rump gave us a hint of what’s gonna be happening re: Obamacare in the next two years.
Nothing.
He and the GOP will stand back and say that if Obamacare is so popular then they’ll just let it die all on its own and prove the GOP’s point. They’ll then say “You’re welcome. Now, on to privatizing the VA.”

If they are waaaaay to scared to get rid of the ACA, then they will never get around to crippeling or repealing Medicare or Social Security.

I wonder if Senator Grassley realizes how telling these words are. Don’t forget it’s been a decade since the GOP had full control of the legislature and presidency; their governing skills, never a strong point, have atrophied.

Actually it’s not that they lack guts, it’s that they have a functioning brain and heart. They know if they repeal they will fuck over a lot of people and they care enough not to want to hurt people like that.

Ya see, I just really wanna take away people’s insurance. All I want is for people to die in the streets if they’re poor. But these mean people with cancer and what not, they keep being so mean to Republicans. They don’t understand freedom. Ya see, it’s all about the freedom to die quietly. Not to yell at your congressman. Makes me want to cry.

Six months would help, but I’m not so moderate. I’d go for the minimum sentence for which you cannot grant bail on appeal in Texas: fifteen years and a day.

Then we were told it’s a 100-Days priority.
Next it was that town hall protesters were paid left-wing activists.
But Boehner spilled the beans that this was just GOP fantasy porn. And Clinton chided those not willing to face their constituents. And the media got excited about participatory democracy.
