Let the karmic payback begin. Glorious.

It’s John Boehner all over again. What is it with the GOP leadership that no one is really able to accomplish anything with a majority in their wing? What a bunch.

somebody new, somebody bold, somebody conservative

Conservatism cannot fail, it can only be failed!

(Yertle’s got his shortcomings but that ain’t one of 'em, dingus)

He should go away. He is not a legislative wizard. His very first bill ever and he fails. His skills were always a “myth.” He never had a plan and never will. He only knows obstruction.

Yea, not conservative enough.

As Digby observed a few years ago, Conservationism never fails, it can only be failed.

And if he can’t do it, as ‘The Apprentice’ would say, ‘you’re fired.’

Wow – from auto-fellate to autocrat fellate in one news cycle. GO GOP!!!

I agree, he should go. Along with all of you Tea Party over country anarchists.

It was a garbage bill they were going to rely on Paul Ryan (!!) to not accept in conference committee. No one wanted it. It was legislative malpractice the way McConnell handled the entire thing.

Thank you to the 2 strong women of the GOP for being consistent and voting this down every time.

I think what he meant to tweet is that Republicans should go to a 49 vote majority :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: .

Nice to know the Kochs spend about a billion dollars for a skinny bill that couldn’t get out of the gate. And there goes tax reform as well.

Hey Mo, you and 216 of your fellow GOOPs in the House passed a turd of a bill hoping the Senate would fix it. The Senate couldn’t do it, and you’re blaming THEM?

Oh, just shut up, “Mo.” If your party had any interest in doing the will of the American people this effort would never have been made in the first place. McConnell almost made it happen, despite everything. If you want someone to blame go to your bathroom and look at your own stupid face.

Yeah, what the fuck is Trump even talking about? It didn’t even get 50 votes, Donnie, you fucking idiot.

No. He’s on a losing streak, keep it that way. Better an enemy you know than one you don’t.

No! Hell NO!

We want him to stay and cement his legacy as the most ineffective Senate Majority Leader in modern U.S. history!

Go McTurtle…just not for the exits quite yet!

Bwahahahahhahahha!

“It was a failure from the newest member Luther Strange (R-AL) at the bottom to the very top with Mitch McConnell as majority leader”

[***Someone sounds very desperate.***][1]

(@inversion – so, this is where it stands now).

He’s always paid a guy to do that for him.
