Discussion: GOP Rep.: John Lewis Hasn't Contributed Anything Since Civil Rights Era

One of the House’s three stooges says what and I should pay attention to him why?

"And a number of us have watched that and said, ‘He trades off of it.’ "

Yes, this comes up regularly at the Klan rallies Rep. King attends.

Ahhh…the ultimate white boy from Iowa is gonna whitesplain about ‘contributing’. Ok Stevie…you go first. Is your district as prosperous as Mr. Lewis’? Colleges, businesses, taxes being paid? Oh no? OK…where’s the legislation you’ve passed? Anything done for the good of your country? STFU dude…or we’ll send someone after you with calves the size of cantelopes.

But Virginia Foxx is.

‘How can you form a caucus that’s established on race?’

Good question, yet the Republican Party exists. Go figure.

First, as an Iowan, I have to apologize to the rest of the country for this idiot’s presence in congress. Fortunately for me he is not from my district

Second, can anyone name one thing Steve King has done other than dodge the draft by attending college in Maryville MO until his draft number allowed him to drop out of college. The man is an embarrassment to all mankind (and by extension his district that votes for him repeatedly is also an embarrassment to Iowa and the nation).

We get it, dude – you’re a racist. You can stop advertising your ignorance now.

Let’s face it…John Lewis is probably the first Black person Steve King had ever met when he arrived in the House. Iowa is 3.4% African American and on average 2.5% in most of their cities there. Its one of the whitest states in the country. Chances that S. King ever ran into a Black person before coming to Congress are probably nil.

Oh, and this goes without saying…STEVE KING IS A FUCKING BIGOT!

No. Dig UP stupid.

The difference between Fox and King is the difference between banal evil and truly malevolent, psychotic evil. It’s the difference between a mean-spirited, unpleasant old woman who calls the cops whenever she sees a black person in the neighborhood and a man who takes enormous satisfaction, day after day, in having once gotten away with a murder.

Not saying King has actually killed anyone, of course. Just saying he’d find it a source of great delight and satisfaction if he had.

He would be the type to fly a flag honoring those responsible for the deaths of some 13,000 Iowans.

Stevie- even if what you said is true, and it isn’t, that doesn’t disguise the fact that you have never done one thing in your life that made a difference for anyone but yourself.
Go to church tonight and pray that you will be forgiven for your sins of envy, greed and hatred towards others who are different than yourself. Then shuck some corn, and try to come to peace with yourself that you will never be anything but a bitter white guy who shucks corn.

How about a list of your accomplishments, Steve?

…and so says the guy who could not handle the rigors of Northwest Missouri State. He was stupid then and he has spent his life honing his stupidity. He is now ever so close to achieving his goal of being the stupidest.

I know it’s unlikely at this point, but as a matter of justice and national honor, I will be disappointed if that happens anywhere except in prison, while serving a sentence for war crimes.

Say what you mean, Steve: John Lewis is a lazy n____r. It’s what you’re intimating. Don’t be coy.

I recall King contributing vitriol, hate and stupidity to the public discourse, beyond that,he will continue to be an embarrassment to the drones that curiously, are fine with his “leadership”

This is just more racism. The lazy black man (Rep. Lewis) hasn’t done a thing for 50 years, he’s just taking money from his cushy government job. Meanwhile, white men like me (Rep. King) are hard working, nose to the grindstone everyday, saviors of American ideals.

I have great respect for Rep Lewis and none for King.

If that were true, we wouldn’t be having this discussion.

Really, King had the option of not weighing in on this. Whatever he thought about Representative Lewis, he could have just kept it to himself–and anyone with a lick of sense would have done so.

Furthermore, they’re supposedly colleagues. How stupid do you have to be to publicly badmouth a man you need to work with . . . wait, what am I saying? This sht-for-brains racist not only has no intention of working with Congressman Lewis or any other Democrat, he’s too short-sighted to see that the Rs aren’t always going to be holding the cards.
