Changing and fabricating laws isn’t the President job, Obama’s job is to follow the laws that Congress has enacted he like them or not. That is what this lawsuit is all about, to remind Obama that he is not a king nor an emperor.
Since this Congress has refused to do it’s job, Obama’s just trying to govern this country the best he can, without their help. It’s not like he hasn’t asked for their help. So he uses signing statements like every other President has done, only far fewer, and not without telling Congress of his intention if they didn’t get busy and govern. And they say this proposed lawsuit is not political? So what is it? Is Obama proscribed from using signing statements (like every other President) because he’s black? I have to say…that’s what it looks like! And that ain’t pretty. Shame on John Boehner. He’s looking and acting more and more desperate.

Oddly they can’t cite a single example, backed up by any law, that proves their case. Making rules to implement the laws that Congress pass is delegated to the Executive branch, and he’s done nothing more than that. The new rules will go through the usual process…which includes the opportunity to comment upon them. The GOP is just pissed because they don’t do anything…and don’t want him to do anything too.
