Whatâs the difference between Republicans and cancer?
It is reported âTrump is not budging.â Shouldnât it be reported that âTrump is bulging?â
The âparty of personal responsibilityâ shirks again.
Cancer deserves study, the GOP doesnât require any further understanding.
âYou start out at $44,000 a year, thereâs not much room for anything else as far saving money for the next government shutdown, so it puts staff in a very hard situation,â
There arenât words for how much this pisses me off. This is the reality of life as a federal worker for as long as the Republican Party of Newt persists. You wait for the next time they throw a tantrum and fuck you for political gain.
And I donât see it changing any time soon. Someday there will again be a right-of-center party in this country which makes at least a token good-faith effort to do its job, but I donât know how we get there from here.
Donnie: Hop on Air Force 1, go to Mexico City and ask their Congress for money for your wall. You guaranteed that Mexico would pay for it 100% so now is the time to keep your promise.
I think the current GOP message is âPay no attention to the man behind the beaded curtainâ
Keep in mind that the âParty of Personal Responsibilityâ still has control of all three branches of government and still canât find the ability or wherewithal to govern. They are akin to Trump in that all of these miscreants, major and minor, seem to think that as long as you yield the power, everything else will take care of itself. My daughter works for the National Park Service. None of her colleages blame the Dems. They blame the GOP and their chief organ grinder.
ETA. In central Cardiff, Wales. Thereâs a statue of Aneurin Bevan, Welsh Socialist Labor MP and âFather of the NHSâ. At the base of his statue is his engraved quote:
âThe purpose of getting power is to be able to give it away.â
Governing has never been the Guardians Of Pedophilesâ forte.
Spontaneous remission.
Wasnât it Howard Dean who said âMr President there is a Republican on the Presidency, and itâs growingâ
Democrats have âleft the tableâ? What is this imaginary table? Is it also made from 30â pointy steel slats, like your imaginary wall?
Better get used to it, SHS. Pelosiâs not going to be delivering alley-oop passes the way Cowardly Ryan did, case in point: refusing to take up the unanimous Senate CR and instead larding it up with wall money to guarantee the Trump Shutdown.
They have been screeching âGovernment Does Not Workâ for so long, they forgot how to do it.
âI think itâs obvious that until the president decides he can sign something â or something is presented to him â that we are where we are,â said Sen. Pat Roberts, R-Kan., who opened the Senate on Thursday for a session that only lasted minutes.
âCall it anything,â he added, âbarrier, fence, I wonât say the âwâ word.â
Is Roberts suggesting that Dems are so stupid that theyâll agree to a wall as long as it isnât called a wall, or is he acknowledging that the president has no actual reasons for what he does and will sign anything that allows him to pretend that he won?
âA linear, erect, quasi two dimensional array of various metal and masonry components, the precise compostion and height to be determined.â
Drumpf lost this one.
And itâs just beginning.
tweeting Thursday evening that Democrats may be able to block him now, âbut we have the issue, Border Security. 2020!â
During this yearâs election, there were literally thousands of migrants walking toward our Southern border. He used their presence to manufacture a crisis at the border in order to turn out his voters. He most likely wonât get better optics than the ones he had this year, but guess what? It didnât work at all and may have even backfired profoundly, so good luck with that in 2020 when the issue will be even more stale than it was this year.
Itâs funny how Trump and his corrupted GOP lame gang are trying their best to label this BAD GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN on the DEMs!
SHAME ON YOU, LAME GOP!
Since Mexico is paying for it, they get to decide, donât they? âEl muro de la Mierdaâ sounds goodâŚ
