Thank God…someone better kill it quick…
Because freedom? Or better, Benghazi!
Their patient centered response is real simple. Let the patient pay for their own health care
Or they could just tighten up the language in the existing law. But plotting sounds like so much more fun!
I"m certain actually HAVING a health care plan-well, that won’t be one of their responses.
… and moving quickly to show the country Republicans have a patient-centered response to King v. Burwell," an aide…said after the meeting.
Yes, please dimwit Republicans, concoct a plausible argument that you give a shit about patients receiving adequate and affordable healthcare, at the same time eviscerating the Affordable Care Act.
Hey guys, let’s figure out how we will respond if our agitating to kill this law actually works.
If the subsidies get stripped:
“See, Obamacare doesn’t work! We told you so!”
The GOP can do something now which is change one word in ACA. That simple, that easy. This would save 10 - 12 million people from being denied health insurance.
I think the statement will be something like: “Hey! It’s not OUR fault!”
I though their plan was to open the champagne and celebrate.
I guess they need to plan the propaganda that turns removing health care from millions of Americans into something to celebrate.
GOP RESPONSE:
- Update resume
- After losing the inbred white trash hillbilly vote, learn to apologize in Spanish.
- Ask Louie Gohmert for ideas.
- Use Scalise to rally the KKK voters
Deep down I don’t think the GOP establishment is really all upset with the provisions of the ACA. What really scares and pisses them off is that it was passed by democrats and is called ObamaCare. If they had their way, what they would do is kill ObamaCare and come up with essentially the same law and call it RyanCare. Unfortunately for them, their base won’t let them.
Despite the fact that the flaming bag of poop that they dropped will be on their own doorstep.
I think across the board tax cuts would play a key role.
And who’s paying for this fancy meeting in Hershey, Pennsylvania? The taxpayers who the Republicans are planning to screw? Or the rich bastards who own the Republicans and are paying them to screw the taxpayers?
All I had to hear is the name Paul Ryan that tells it all. I can already see them struggling to contain their laughter.
That’s why it’s a patient-centered approach. You’ll need a LOT of patience with it.
Nothing, of course. But if they do come up with something, it will be designed to punish the people who voted for Obama. GOPers aren’t fooling around this year and next. They’ll be driving it like they stole it, ODS up to 11, finding every way to stick it to anyone not in the .01%, working the states to rig the Electoral College so they can win even when losing.
