Don’t let’s exaggerate things. Flynn’s action aren’t treasonous. Treason is defined in the Constitution: it consists of making war against the United States or giving aid and comfort to its enemies. We are not at war with Russia (thank goodness for small favors), so Flynn cannot have committed treason.
So for those of us scoring at home, actual evidence of a paid operative triggers no investigation, whereas instances of no evidence of paid protesters get whines of people being mean.

This will add nothing serious to the conversation but how many people remember from your school days that kids with a face like Chaffetz’s were always nasty, treacherous little shits?
