Negotiations? Calling holding the Dreamers hostage for funding the wall and cutting legal immigration to nearly zero isn’t something you can negotiate on. That’s the same hostage-taking the GOP did all through the Obama years. If the Republican leadership wants to run with this one, they can have it. It looks like shutdown #2 is coming soon.

Throw in a bigly huge grizzly bear at the negotiations, lock the doors until he scratches to get out. lol
That will fix any sputter problems. lol
