Holmes, a 53-year-old Republican from St. John who is chairman of the Senate Ethics and Elections Committee, said he wrote the instruction because provocatively dressed women are a distraction.
The polite thing to do, Senator, would just be to take care of the ¨problem¨ in your chambers before the hearing, rather than impose your pud-pulling puritan routine on the rest of the world.

Can it get any worse? Well, there’s your answer. A GOP gasbag in charge of a Senate ethics committee in Kansas is making rules on what women can wear. Un-fucking-believable!!!
Someone ought to put his sorry ass in front of the ethics committee instead of in a cushy chairman’s seat. They need to remove him from that perch. He has no business being on that committee or being in their Senate.
