If Independent, citizen led commissions help Dems, republicans better reflect on why they’re so unpopular where democracy exists.
It’s all just projection. They assume everything Democrats want is a hoax hiding a secret agenda because that’s exactly what they’re doing. Just look at what they accuse us of and you know everything they do.
These commissions are “easily and often gamed by Democrats to achieve their partisan ends while giving them plausible deniability,” the NRRT shot back.
This is spin. As has been pointed out, reality has a liberal bias.
Anyone surprised?
??
Are they 11-12 year old preteen girls?
Nah. They’re not that sophisticated.
For Republicans, anything they don’t win has been ‘gamed by Democrats.’ That’s why they cheat so much - to level the playing field. To them, they have the God given right to win, no matter what voters actually want.
California’s laughing at those silly republicans.
You think we’re going to let “voters” decide!?
‘Often gamed by Democrats’…HAHAHAHAHAHA…you silly fking frauds. Every silly a$$ meandering district has been drawn by the GOP.
Not a difficult to figure out:. Gerrymandering allows the GOP to better satisfy their Russian and fascist masters.
Every time you see a conservative use that emoji on Twitter, it’s in a tweet saying or defending something creepy or awful. Every time. It’s weird and disconcerting. I guess because of the implicit gaslighting where we’re supposed to think a creepy or awful thing is hilarious.
WE THE PEOPLE!
Except for you people…
And those people…
And especially those people…
Nah, just us…
Many times the first inclination of those guilty of crimes or being caught in self-serving behavior is to laugh nervously.
Assholes.
Hey, look – here’s an “independent, citizen led commission” now…
I would be concerned that “independent citizen commissions” would have at least one R representative using the very sophisticated carving-out software they’ve used to gerrymander so many states. A guy in North Carolina, I think?
Shorter GOP: “We’re afraid. We’re very afraid.”
With apologies to whatever screenwriter I appropriated from whatever horror/slasher flick I didn’t see that the line came from.
You expect logical conclusions from people who want to destroy the idea of democracy?
