GOOD - while the strategy was intriguing I would prefer that Obama put forward a strong high integrity name worthy of the position and without any scent of ‘gamesmanship’ - and if the nominee is abused by the GOP - let history and the American electorate punish them harshly (and repeatedly)

There needs to be a couple more names floated of jurists with unimpeded able cred, at least one a republican, before the true nominee. We need more no no no from Senate to strengthen the #DoYourJob campaign.

Interesting. I thought he was a lost leader / press smoke screen anyway… while they looked at the “real” candidate. I’m thinking Padmanabhan Srikanth Srinivasan because he was unanimously approved for the DC Court of Appeals, through which at least 3 justices passed on their way to the top bench.
