Good one!
WHY are so many people associated or in Trump’s circle end up in prison?
The Republican Party has become a thieves’ bazaar.
Looks like it couldn’t happen to a nicer person. He really meant it when he emphasized how much of a Trump follower he was, right down to the criminal conduct.
Is it possible to be deported to Doofustan?
Better make that an insurance fraudster running for governor.
How is it that this man is not in the Trump Administration? Dishonest and stupid - meets all the qualifications.
I guess this puts him in the running for the Darrell Issa Award™.
Locked him up!
Dah, dah, dah…another one rides the bus…
Grifter’s gonna grift.
Glad he could work some Bitcoin into the story, because it wasn’t dumb enough already.
He was in the clear until he alleged that three mint condition rookie Honus Wagner baseball cards were also stolen.
Ironically enough, except for the “follow me to Mexico”, he can keep most of the other verbiage on that bus.
Considering his veneration of the lost cause Andersonville would be a more appropriate prison for him to serve his sentence.
Mining cryptocurrency means that you are a scammer who has fallen for someone else’s scam. And at current prices (saw an 8-GPU rack on craiglist for a a grand the other day) $300K worth of machines wouldn’t even fit in a campaign office.
(Yeah, what a campaign office is doing with $300K of mining rig, well…)
The charges stem from a May incident when Williams reported that his campaign office was burglarized. Williams’ campaign manager said then that $300,000 worth of computers used to mine cryptocurrency were taken.
Is no one else going to ask why his campaign was mining crypto-currencies?
Yes, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, like the FBI, has a well-known bias toward facts and the law, and against those shown by evidence to be criminals.
Hey, Kochs! Adelsons! Mercers! Did you donate to Michael Williams’ gubernatorial campaign in order to buy them Bitcoin mining rigs?
