Hey, here’s an idea, why don’t we house the children in Trump hotels? Apparently, Dotard thinks that the accommodations in the Kinderstalags (h/t @Tiowally).are great, so let’s just move them a little.

Psst, Ryan. You’ve got 193 votes for any bill that’s not evil and loaded with poison pills. So you only need to whip 25 more.

Leave it up to the GOP, i.e. Grand Old Pharisees!

The incompetence of Republicans is truly amazing.

“The conservative bill, authored by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-VA), mustered just 193 votes.”

"The other, slightly less conservative version appears destined to a similar fate, with dozens of hardline conservatives and a handful of GOP moderates saying they’ll vote against the bill, thus promising its failure."

And our so-called president says it is the Democrats who are “obstructive.” HA!

Goodlatte offers to trade kids for a wall, while still being cruel to the kids. Republicans reject it for being too nice to kids.

They must be tired of all that winning.

Oh? did they finally finger out that they dont have to take congressional action b/c it was the DOJ and WH who “criminalized” the action of crossing the border?

It doesn’t protect the American worker…” Rep. Lou Barletta (R-PA) groused after the Goodlatte bill failed.

From what? Where are all the American workers demanding to work 15 hours a day for slave wages and no benefits?

Yes that’s why they want to throw out Unions. They also want to throw out 40 hour weeks, overtime, paid holidays and vacation, healthcare and retirement.

“It’s amnesty. It doesn’t protect the American worker. Chain migration is still in it,” Rep. Lou Barletta (R-PA) groused after the Goodlatte bill failed.

Onerous tariffs don’t protect the American worker, either. Are you against those, Rep Barletta?

So, Trump said this earlier today. Not sure it helps when POTUS compares the Sonoran Desert to Central Park. Any bridges that may have existed between Mexico and the U.S., Trump torched. BTW I’d like to see him walk across the desert in June. He would not last 50 ft.

The GOP has been at it so long, they can’t break their old habit of stamping their feet and saying NO!

It’s also been stymied by conservative Freedom Caucus members’ refusal to compromise…

And therein lies the problem. The ideologues, bigots and morons in the “Freedom Caucus” simply refuse to understand that our Constitutional system demands compromise. Until they repeal that, they will continue to fail. Still, they will be able to tell their troglodyte supporters that they are “winning.”

Polly want a cracker? Apparently you are unaware that you’re dumb he has tweeted again. He’s falling off as well and he’s cracked did you grab your glue gun and tape you’re going to need it. And that’s it in an egg shell.

taking an afternoon to have a meeting on the new slapdash bill they’d tossed together this week and discuss its contents

How quaint, Mr. Policy Wonk grants his minions leave to read and discuss the bill before they vote on it with the understanding that they have no plans to change the current bill. As the last great Republican president said, “If this were a dictatorship it would be a heck of a lot easier… as long as I’m the dictator. Hehehe.”
