Good on TPM for putting this story above the fold. It’s a critical development.

We now know with high probability that at least ten shots were fired, with a critical gap between shots 6 and 7.

Too much of TPM’s reporting on this story has been on peripheral trivia.

Well prosecutor McColloch, you were exactly correct when you stated, if the audio of the recording can be authenticated…that it will change the dynamics of this case…not sure what you meant by that, however, given the new findings, what are you planning to do now?

He murdered that young man. I truly hope and believe that black folks in Ferguson and all around this country are FINALLY (freakin’ finally!!) getting it, understanding that voting and all the rest of this mess are directly related. We cannot expect to opt out of the political process and then expect to be respected.

The cop should have tazed him, not shot him. And Brown should have followed instructions. Not appoint himself king of the street.

How long before Alex Jones shows up of FOX talking about the shots REALLY coming from a ‘grassy knoll’ in Ferguson and that he has information he can’t divulge, of course, that it all was a ‘black flag operation’ run outta’ the White House basement???

At the very least, it might explain why the incident report was essentially blank. I may be forgetting something, but I don’t recall any stories about how many shots were fired overall, just that the first one came from inside the car, and the coroners confirmation that six shots hit Brown.
