Except the fact that he doesn’t seem surprised, doesn’t ask questions, doesn’t say “WTF are you talking about?” and is very matter of fact discussing a payoff to buy silence that he wants to make in cash through a shell company to avoid scrutiny and campaign finance laws.
“There’s no way the President is going to be setting up a corporation and then using cash, unless you’re a complete idiot,” he told Fox News.

OT but funny: Butt-baring N-word-swearing GOP Rep Jason Spencer has indeed resigned after Sacha Baron Cohen’s film of him showing his true self.
But the funniest part (for me, anyway) is that poor little Jason is going to suffer consequences:

There’s something about Giuliani that, despite the greater good of our country, makes me want to call up Mr. Flood and say, “You know, your guy is really not helpful to your cause.”

The headline should be: Giuliani: Trump is a complete idiot.
And the lede should be:

I’m not entirely sure.
I think the most useful lens through which to view his actions is to assume that everything he is doing is part of a legal strategy to protect someone with significant legal worries regarding his conduct in the Trump 2016 campaign: Rudy himself.
Will this help you decide? Giuliani says “don’t quote me on that” in the middle of a live, televised interview.

When Giuliani said Cohen was explaining something that Trump “doesn’t” understand, he meant to say “does”.
I think that clears it up.

@lizzymom - great catch on the significance of Spencer resigning now. Anyone dumb enough to think that hopping backwards while mooning a terrorist and yelling “USA! Drop your gun!” is a legitimate anti-terrorism tactic - never should have ever been elected in the first place.
