Good question. I thought the last official title was always used, which in his case is ā€œCaptain Zero Electoral Votesā€.

Nice setup to make sure the crowd knew Captain Nineleven was in the house. Time to re-embalm this cadaver.

Same as calling Newtron ā€œSpeakerā€. He’s not the effin speaker, he’s just another citizen. It’s all part of the fetishization of authority that so many Americans love.

Just batteries? No liquids?

Sadly, he has the mentality of a 12 year old…

What soul?

Yeah for the first part but the Yankees are a good young interesting team. Fun to watch.

perhaps some of those years behind bars- Christopher Wilie has said ā€œGuiliani’s Law Firmā€ was involved with the Bannon advisory roll at Cambridge Analytica… and we know his law firm dropped him the instant they had public cause.

Go Sox!

Sounds like President Donald Trump’s lawyer struck out at the ball game on his 74th birthday.

He didn’t merely strike out… he struck out with Chiselin’ Trump in scoring position:

This American is baffled as well. I always thought we used ā€œformerā€ as in ā€œformer Secretary of State Hillary Clinton ā€œ or ā€œFormer Senator Russ Feingoldā€ . Recently I have noticed the increasing use of previous jobs as if they were aristocratic titles.

I was curious about the convention for former presidents, so I looked up regans obit. The LA times obit is headline ā€œformer president Regan diesā€ but the quoted statement from the estate reffers to ā€œpresident Reganā€. So either this is a longstanding diplomatic convention that has slowly crept into popular culture or its yet another way St Ronnie ruined this country.

I dislike it, but that is unlikely to sway popular opinion.

Actually, I was at a night game at Shea, it was well after 9-11 and after Giuliani had milked 9-11 and the police and firemen funerals for photo and video ops and people had tired of his act. And he was pretty roundly booed that night at Shea. Part of it was that he is a well documented Brooklyn born and raised Yankee fan, and the Mets are the spiritual heirs of New York City NL baseball. But part of it was people just dont like bullies, and Rudy was a bully as mayor.

There are consequences Rudy. Seriously he’s a womanizer as well, after I heard how he announced to his wife that he was going to divorce her, she found out about it while watching him on TV. He’s a coward, those actions speak scream loudly about his character . You’re going to find out about how people feel about you in the near future Rudy, your Donald Trumpā€˜s Patsy his mouthpiece, you’re trying to delegitimize I justice department, our FBI, these institutions pave the way for your fame, you trade your liar fool. Nancy’s , And fascist do things like this. Trader fascist pig.

The Steinbrenner’s are New York billionaires, not elite super-billionaires, just the more run-of-the-mill sort that Trump pretends to be. They are no doubt part of the parasitic class of New York wealthy, who are tight with Trump and the likes of Giuliani. They have no clue how this stuff is playing out among the hoi polloi who buy their tickets.

I believe he sold off that commodity a long time ago.

What did he have to put on the table this time?

Boo-Hoo?

I only wish I was there to lend my voice.

Boo-You!

We can dream,right…?
