Discussion: Giuliani Still Taking Foreign Clients Through His Security Firm

Rudy is cross dressing…again.

Wouldn’t these clients get a better return on their investments by flushing currency down a toilet?

If Giuliani takes on Russia as a client are they considered foreign with Trump in power?

“I don’t represent foreign government in front of the U.S. government. I’ve never registered to lobby.” shorter version, “Prove it.”

Another current Giuliani client is the Mujahideen-e-Khalq, or MEK, an Iranian resistance group operating in exile that was listed as a terrorist group by the State Department as recently as 2012. Giuliani said he has regularly received payments from MEK over the past 10 years; he declined to disclose his fees.

How is it that in 2018, any group labeled as terrorists by the US govt. does not automatically have sanctions preventing business with the group?

On the other hand, maybe letting them use Rudy’s security services lets everyone see everything the MEK is up to. That would be useful with a competent executive branch.

The key phrase is “was listed”.

They were taken off the terrorist list several years ago, at the urging of various Republican Senators and Reps.

“I’ve never registered to lobby.”

We know, son. It’s a matter of public record.

And if there were someone willing to prosecute you for it, you’d be in trouble.

Is Giuliani acting as Emporer Tang’s new bagman? Cohen v0.5?

There’s clearly just no bottom to this barrel. It’s “crooks all the way down.”

If MEK has been paying Giuliani for 10 years, and this is 2018, that means they were paying him around 2012, when they were listed as a terrorist organization and nothing is/was done. How is it that any terrorist organization is not automatically sanctioned since 9/11 at the very least, but ever? Why would it be ok for an organization to do business with what our own country has determined is a criminal enterprise?

Oh, you silly boy! Giuliani was just talking to these people. And they were giving him money. Two totally unrelated things. No “business” involved.

See how that works?

Because no foreign government, company or individual would think that hiring the president’s personal attorney would buy any kind of access … since, of course, he’s not actually “lobbying.”

And with Cohen out of the picture, there’s money to be made.

But then, since the current executive branch is completely incompetent, then we must assume this to be one more way in which Trump, Giuliani and friends are further compromising our national security.
