Given that Donnie T. was identified by the judicial system as an as-yet un-indicted co-conspirator, this is a remarkable statement. Is Rudy now admitting that his client was involved in the commission of (at least one) crime, but we shouldn’t be concerned about it because it really wasn’t a big deal? As others have noted, the entire country was robbed! That is, in fact, a very big crime.
