Well, so Rudy just admitted that Trump knew about the hacked emails. I hope Rudy gets a chance to argue Trump’s side in court, the prosecutor could just sit back and let Rudy do their work.

When we collectively decide who is responsible for Trump I hope that there will be a huge neon sign pointing straight at Giuliani. Giuliani’s “tough on crime”, his OK for stop and frisk, his…well everything. Trump is not an originalist, he has to see what others do and they add his Trumpian flare to it.
What is clearly criminal is Giuliani’s idea of legal representation. (Of course, in his current role, he isn’t so much acting as a lawyer as he is a court jester.)

I always thought it hilarious that Spanky kept saying No Collusion Therefore Witch Hunt! because the SC investigation was never officially described as a search for collusion. The DOJ authorization memo says it’s an investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 elections. How they jumped from that to “No Collusion” just screams to be examined (which, oddly, no one in the media seemed inclined to do). It’s like a cop pulling someone over for running a red light only to have the driver proclaim repeatedly that there’s nothing in the trunk.
Now the driver is shouting: There’s nothing illegal about putting stuff in the trunk of a car!

I’m pretty sure those concerns have never been uttered by tRump. I think he’d walk on them if the choice was power and money versus family.
