Is this a text book case for slander, unless Cohen is lying?
Hard to say, since Cohen has indeed been lying for years. Drooliani probably has enough distance from this particular incident that he can claim that he really thought Cohen was lying about it. I know that doesn’t pass the laugh test, but I think that’s where we are legally based strictly on the evidence.
