There are abortion clinics in Puerto Rico where the procedures are done safely under sanitary conditions and women are not turned away. But first you have to get there and find a place to stay for at least one night. That’s what the Justice is talking about Only some will have access.

Yep, and women who typically are in most desperate need to end the pregnancy are low income women.
I think they need a filibuster-proof majority in the Senate, as well. And then they need a filibuster-proof ratio of conservatives vs. crazies, in their own party.

On second thought, Justice Ginsburg just might have some inside info on the manliness or lack thereof of a whole gaggle of these congresscritters when she mentions that they lack the equipment.
The Supreme Court is like the beauty salon in that way, they get all the juicy gossip : )
A well educated , sane electorate wouldn’t be gullible enough to vote for the wrong outcome no matter how much money was thrown at advertising meant to confound them.
Only a dumb, crazy electorate could be swayed by cynical displays of raw cash.
