I wasn’t aware of these laws but it seems to illustrate how the fetus is not considered = to a born human. Thus, all of these laws would have to be revoked/null for the anti-choice argument to be consistent. What am I missing?

Rounding up, it appears she’s only 6/9 of a person.
It’s part of the right wing’s war on black women, and we saw on video from McKinney Texas how the war is conducted, one black girl at a time. In this case, If a woman does not want to bear a child she will use any means necessary to end it.
P.S. Props to us in the book reading world, don’t know if it extends to nut world

You’re not missing anything at all. It’s been established law for a very long time, going back to and including the Bible (Exodus 21:22).

Sounds like the prosecutors have their work cut out for them , to turn some poor circuit court judge into one of those “activist judges” the cons always rail against. It’s going to take a heavy lift to clear away all the case law.
Unfortunately so many of the “legal minds” in this country seem to be out of theirs 
Seems she should not be taking things over the internet for that reason. If only a doctor could assist and so on…
And to think that when I read the book I thought, “Gorgeous writing, but c’mon, too hyperbolic to be taken seriously as a cautionary tale.” What a fool I was.
