Dumbass’ Dumbassishness Bites Dumbasses in their Dumb Asses. You have no right to free speech when you’re at work, morons!

Yes, so very proud of his heritage that he refuses to be identified.

If it is your truck than I agree. If it is a company truck used for work than I disagree. The heritage argument is also pretty weak on all fronts. If somebodies grandparents were from Germany would it be ok for them to get away with the swastiga. It is their heritage in some fashion. At least how they are describing it.

If it is your property than do what you want.

I just assumed bumper sticker…but, no. I guess we should be grateful he’s not pulling a racist float behind his truck?

In a right to work state like Alabama, where no justification is required to terminate your employment, if your boss tells you to take down the flag…take it down or be fired.

He chose to be fired. That’s freedom, right?

If the truck was parked on company property, if reflects on the company. All he had to do is toss the flag in the cab and go back to work though.

Yep. People whine about unions until they need a union to keep their backsides from being fired for something trivial. Well, as far as I’m concerned, this guy’s up a creek without a paddle.

What’s the difference between flying that goddamned traitorous flag on your truck and flying a ‘I Hate N< CLANG>s!’ flag on your truck? And into the company parking lot?! Slack-jawed hillbillies…geez…

As someone noted above, Allybammy is a right to work state. Good luck with your employment protections… FREEDUMB!

I guess Juan and Jesus will replace this goober on the Double Wide Mobile Home construction line.

What DaveyJones64 said. In a state with negligible worker protections, you can be fired for no reason, or any reason that doesn’t directly contravene the public good. It would be ironic as hell if this led to a campaign to protect workers from being fired for exercising their right to political speech. (And also have some very unintended consequences)

I wonder if Cletus and Jim Bob would be as upset if the same Right to Work laws were used by an employer to fire a gay employee.

They actually have offered to hire him back 3 times but he’s refused.

‘Heritage!!’…or something or another…

My heritage is to be very lazy and sloppy in my work and talk back to my boss. And I got fired for it! First amendment!

And guess what…no mooching off the government (no unemployment insurance) for ‘rightful’ termination.
