Shorter Woodall. I’m lazy. Why put in the effort when being in the minority sucks.
He also said he had concerns about maintaining control of his “message” with the amount of attention the 2020 elections will ignite.
Blackface. Bank it.
Something is going on in both GA and South Carolina that genuinely has Republicans spooked about their chances in those states in 2020 and has Democrats really excited. For instance, Abrams was chosen to do the Democratic response as part of an attempt to push her to run for Senate in 2020. Democrats think she has a better shot next year than she did even last year. I’ve also repeatedly heard Dems express a lot of optimism about SC. I have no idea where any of this is coming from, but I’m glad to hear it. Anyone know what’s up?
I am with you on this; there’s a wind of some kind blowing across a number of Southern states hat spells trouble (I think) for Republicans n the next couple of election cycles.
Shorter GOPer: I just want to be a Lobbyist. Today.
You can feel the change in the air. Republicans are running scared.
