Yesterday we discussed the record setting feat by Trump for the quickest lowest approval ratings for a president. Now a request (thanks Senators) for info that will likely reveal another record setting feat - spending money on president and family travel and security (additional costs due to travel.) Go get 'em Trumpy another likely presidential record.
Maybe someone should call Guiness to get recorded all these national records being made by the president!
It could be 200 Trillion dollars, and Trump supporters would say: “It doesn’t matter, he needs to play golf to relax, so he can work for our nation at any cost.”
You could then counter argue: but a lot of the money goes straight to his business. And then they will say: “Yeah, he’s a successful business man, that’s why he’s making money of the President. Look at him winning.”
You could then point out: but what about the national security concerns? What about Trump doing the nations business in full view of everyone including exposing classified information. And they will respond: “Look at how transparent he is! Unlike crooked Hillary.”
In other words, not matter what the GAO finds, Trump supporters just don’t care how corrupt he is. They’re in a cult. They lost the capacity for rational thought.
