It’s probable deeper than just political damage. I imagine there was evidence of criminal activity on that server or that such a thing could be derived from what was on it. In that case they could wipe away the criminal evidence and create political problems which would be a better bet.

If the FBI does have that “image”, I’ll bet dollars to donuts it will never be made available for this lawsuit. UNLESS…it is remotely possible that it is related to Benghazi. In that case there will be a special prosecutor appointed to question Hillary.

May not be criminal but looks like spoliation of evidence to me which might give plaintiffs the opportunity to demonstrate what the evidence would have shown so the court can conclude that the evidence was destroyed because that’s what it would have proved.

The defendants should win the case by default. The suspicious loss of data proves that there was more than one nefarious character involved in the Georgia election. Washington and Oregon vote by mail. I highly recommend this system.
