Pam has even lost the Shiite Baptist Ayatollahs? Bet she didnât predict that.
Finally, Franklin, with his devil-may-care comb-over and forward, gets one rightâŚ
Even the nuts donât want to have anything to do with her.
Who will Pammy claim to be like next? Joan of Arc? Amelia Earhardt?
Geez. Franklin is an Islamophobe from WAY back:
1.   CNNâs Campbell Brown: December 2003: âTrue Islam cannot be practiced in this country. You canât beat your wife. You cannot murder your children if you think theyâve committed adultery or something like that, which they do practice in these other countries.â
2.   In the August 30, 2010 issue of the Time magazine, âDoes America Hate Islam?â Frank Graham reportedly said that Islam âis a religion of hatred. Itâs a religion of war.â Building the cultural center near Ground Zero, he says, means Muslims "will claim now that the World Trade Center property ⌠is Islamic land."
3.   On August 19, 2010, when asked by CNN correspondent John King if he had doubts that President Barack Obama is a Christian, Graham stated, âI think the presidentâs problem is that he was born a Muslim, his father was a Muslim. The seed of Islam is passed through the father like the seed of Judaism is passed through the mother. He was born a Muslim, his father gave him an Islamic name.â Franklin continues to say, "Now itâs obvious that the president has renounced the prophet Mohammed, and he has renounced Islam, and he has accepted Jesus Christ. Thatâs what he says he has done. I cannot say that he hasnât. So I just have to believe that the president is what he has
said."
4.   In a March 2011 interview with the conservative internet publication Newsmax, Graham claimed that Obama had âallowed the Muslim Brotherhood to become part of the US government and influence administration decisions,â asserting that:
âThe Muslim Brotherhood is very strong and active in our country. Itâs infiltrated every level of our government. Right now we have many of these people that are advising the US military and State Department on how to respond
in the Middle East, and itâs like asking a fox, like a farmer asking a fox, âHow do I protect my henhouse from foxes?â Weâve brought in Muslims to tell us how to make policy toward Muslim countries. And many of these people
weâve brought in, Iâm afraid, are under the Muslim Brotherhood.â
If THIS guy claims you were wrong in taunting Muslims in TexasâŚhooo boy.
Geller wasnât âmockingâ them. She was insulting them and denigrating them. She chose a belief held dear by Muslims, that images of the Prophet are insulting, and defied it. There was no reason to do that other than to be low brow and vulgar. Geller claims to have been âprotecting Free Speechâ but speech does not need her protection, she canât offer that protection and if that were her motive she could have chosen to address Islam in meaningful criticism.
Graham is just pitching in. Heâs an opportunist and scion.
NoâŚhe chose the word âmockingâ and knew damn well she was not mocking Islam. She was insulting it to the bone. Thatâs not mocking.
Well someone might tell Cambell Brown that practicing âtrue Christianityâ would not be possible here either using her rulesâŚ
When I was a kid, the KKK would have parades, they even had one where I grew up, Louisville, Ky. They didnât get the big response that they, I guess, expected. The point is the first amendment; it covers everything, smart and âŚ
"We only attack each otherâ⌠as per âturn-the-other-cheekâ Xianinanity these days.
This would be a little easier to believe if it werenât a fact that Graham and the last ten presidents of the Southern Baptist Convention have gone out of their way to point out Muhammadâs moral failings (they never mention little tidbits about their own religion like Noah shagged his daughters, or that David died with whores warming his bed). What is official Southern Baptist policy on religious tolerance? Hint: it isnât considered a virtue.
There might be an element of self interest behind Frank Grahamâs comments in this issue. Nobody who enriches themselves on the faith of others wants the light of reason, authenticity, transparency to be shed on them. The religulous hate humor and cartoons most of all because it reaches and touches so many so effectively.
Yes, but WWHD? (What Would Hagee Do?)
On a side note, who does this guyâs hair, Morticia Addams?
Since when does mocking and insulting carry a death sentence?
And I think people showing up to shoot you because you drew a picture is showing some pretty spot-on meaningful criticism.
âIâm discouraged that people would do this. We live in a society now where thereâs no civility, thereâs no respect, we donât honor people who have differences. We only attack each other. And so I agree that the folks in Garland, Texas, were wrong,â he said
(Cough!) (Cough!!) You, sir, are a ring leader of attacking others not like yourself! You are in the same boat as Pam Geller; maybe not on the same deck, but definitely in the same boat.
LOL. He obviously doesnât have a gay dude cut/style his hair.
Pam must not have put out to all these people who are distancing themselves from her but would normally be right there to defend her actions and integrity.
Waittaminute!! If this guy starts making fairly rational comments like this, heâs going to destroy his credibility with the fringe.
