Discussion: Fox News' Judge Napolitano Says He Expects Trump Jr. To Be Indicted

He’s right. It’s actually in the Plea recommendation:

…greatly assisted in the criminal investigation of Individual Jr. …

Didn’t he also predict Hillary’s indictment?

Andrew Napolitano is not the second coming of John Marshall. Or even of Warren Burger.

In any event, EVERYBODY expects Junior to be indicted.

“the President himself should be extremely uncomfortable about this.”

Well, add in having to deal with painful bone spurs in the midst of Mueller's investigations and I can understand Trump's distress.

Brilliantly insightful pontificating there Judge. The surprise would be if the kid isn’t indicted. If nothing else there’s the kid’s penchant for shooting endangered species. Yeah, I callhim a kid because junior is younger than my son.

…Donald Jr. has told friends he expects to be indicted.

Then one would think DJr would sit down, shut up and turn off the arrogance button for a while. Don’t give the prosecutors any more ammunition than they already have, if he wants to save his butt.

May be too late for that, anyway.

What I don’t want to see is the same treatment for Junior that Flynn got.

The worst thing that could happen out of all of this is if no one serves any time.

I know they are two different things, but justice will not be served by treating this as a slap on the wrist.

Thing is trump…err tariffman… doesn’t know that tariffs are taxes. And republicans are supposed to be anti-tax.

Flynn cooperated extensively. Jr. Isn’t smart enough to do that.

I expect you are right about it being too late. Also, Junior is apparently blissfully ignorant about how much trouble is headed his way. Flynn had enough experience to know that he was in deep shit and had to do something about it as soon as possible. Junior’s life of privilege has protected him from any consequences for his actions. He probably will not dodge it this time, even if Spanky pardons him, because of violations and charges at the state level.

Lock him up! Lock him Up! And give him the meanest sodomite as cellmate…

This is going to be the juiciest bit on the Dotard and his crime family today…

And early enough that he is apparently getting credit for getting others to cooperate. It is probably to late for Junior to get any credit for that.
