But I think she knows enough to understand there isn’t really any money in the Trump empire. Once it is clear that the whole thing is a fraud, the Trump organization would fold, and there wouldn’t be anything left to cover her settlement. Better to live in a house of cards than find yourself on the street, or actually have to start working for a living.

You can’t enforce a contract if you have broken it. Marriage is a contract. Adultery breaks the contract. A Pre-nup is just contract pursuant to that relationship. If you break that contract for a relationship by committing an illegal or immoral action, then you can’t enforce the rest of it against someone else.
You can’t come into court with dirty hands.

Yesterday someone posted a series of Nat. Enquirer front pages of Hillary during the 2015/16 campaign season and all of them were photo shopped character assassination caricatures of the Former First Lady, Secretary of State and two term Senator. Sick shit that no body has done to Mel that I know of. The current FLOTUS just is a walking, breathing caricature all by herself. Vacuity personified. But I don’t care about Mel, do you?

Tena, that’s a very common provision in a pre-nup. But is not necessarily the case. It can even put in there that she’s not allowed to sleep around, but if he does it doesn’t void the contract.
