Discussion: Fox News Calls Hannity, Pirro's Campaigning With Trump A 'Distraction'

Talent?

FOX News is a Republican PAC, their programming should be considered Trump campaign ads.

If anyone wants to know where the seeds of our current social disaster were first sown, there it is.

I would bet a million bucks I never had that to the person, every one of the old squares and young hotheads supporting Trump religiously got their religion on FOX, they watch it exclusively.

I’m sure that Hannity and Pirro will be severely punished by Fox News, which will FORCE the two to return to the air in their usual time slots, while telling them they can only campaign for Republicans while on their shows, and not in person, because that’s just plain wrong.

Fox news is a distraction. The entire fucking network is a distraction. Basically they come up with some lying shit from the right wing crazy sphere, put it on with the Morning fools, Trump sees it, and suddenly spouts it out. Caravan, Turkish paster, Black People Running for Governor, it all riles up Trump.

When Hair Twitler looses today, he and his party of sycophants can thank Rupurt Murdock for driving them off a cliff…

Looking at this wrong. Hannity’s and Faux News’ status as integrity vacuums were never in question. The REAL question is whether this was a Trump Campaign or other organization’s sponsored event such that this functioned entirely as a contribution in kind that the FEC should be all over if never reported as such.

Fox News said that the network does not “condone any talent participating in campaign events.”

So Hannity and Pirro are both in the clear?

O/T but a little panic going on over at Redstate over Cruz
I just voted for Ted Cruz at my precinct. I have a nasty feeling in the pit of my stomach that something isn’t right.

First there were the 2 “Beto” signs outside the polling place and no Cruz signs to be seen at all. This is a pretty solid Republican district so perhaps the Cruz folks didn’t want to waste the time and energy to throw them up here. Even so…that makes me uneasy.

Second…there was no line at 0900. When Cruz won every election he’s been in here, there’s always been a line. And the 4 voters who were there seemed to be Dem-leading voters. Not the kinds of folks I typically see in the process of voting.

I’ll be going back later this evening and probably will be there until 1900 when the polls close…and we’ll see if that trend holds. If it does…Rob might be far, far, far too close for comfort. Y’all start praying…

I’m sure that Fox Propaganda Channel will duly punish Hannity and Pirro. Like take away their phone privileges for a night. Or sit them in the corner for an hour. In other words, nothing will happen/

…about to post the same thing…then thought to scroll down to see if irasdad got there first & better…ayup

But to be fair to Hannity & Pirro, they do have a certain talent…for something other than journalism.

When you’re a show biz performer, not a credible newsperson or analyst, that’s the correct show biz/ad game term. And mostly, these people are interchangeable with the “talent” selling viagra and Mercedes Maybachs, which kind of go together now that I stop to think about it.

The first mistake is calling those two scumbags “talent.” The second is pretending anything will be done to them.

Exactly. Arm in arm with right wing AM talk radio.

Now now, you know what I meant…but yeah, it’s pretty much a gutted shell of an agency.

Voting early and often?

So, let me see if I have this right. Occasionally campaigning with Trump is a no-no. Constantly campaigning for Trump? A-OK!

Shorter Fox “News”: “whatever”.
