I’m confused. I thought the proper response to a charge of sexual harassment is to say “THAT skank? You must be kidding!”
Is it possible for both parties to lose in this lawsuit? That would be nice.

The persistent effort used to deflect from (and demean) women who speak up about being on the receiving end of sexual harassment and/or assault is a renewable energy resource.
In this instance, FOX may be correct. Also correct is the supposition that she smelled Ailes’ blood in the water and wanted a quick-n’-ez money settlement like the blonde bimbette got.

I think they misspelled the word “Defendant’s” in that sentence. While I find Tantaros pretty detestable, it would warm my heart if she prevailed in this case. Of course Fox wants to move it to arbitration, that will give them the advantage. Slimy is as slimy does.
I am quite sure Ms.Tantros is due some settlement or to win the case on the merits.
But, I couldn’t sit on this jury as my bias against her because of how she comported herself on FOX is so strong as she, along with the rest of this bunch (except maybe Shep Smith), has so distorted the definition of news that our entire political system has suffered potentially beyond short term repair.
