Until I read this, I was sure the emergency declaration was coming. But now that Trump has received clear marching orders from his superiors, no way. He will not disobey F&F.
Climate change is a national and worldwide emergency while the wall is BS. They would be fine with declaring the wall a national emergency but the prospect of a Democratic POTUS using the declaration to deal with real emergencies is something they can’t abide.
