Discussion: Fox Host Dogged In Asking Why Jordan Didn't Push Cohen About Trump’s Actions

Because Donald is guilty of orchestrated criminal activity.

Is It possible that Fox News is trying to do real interviews, asking questions that challenge their guests and challenge their audience? This is the big question here. – We all know Jim Jordan is another greasy Republican & toadie to the groper in chief, so that’s not news. But someone on Fox calling him on it? This is a paradigm shift.

I am not sure in what category Jordan belongs. Trumptard, believes everything that Trump says. Trumpturd, pretends to believe everything Trump says in order to advance his own agenda.

With strong undertones of tax cheating.

When their model for questioning witnesses is the numerous Benghazi hearings what do you expect?

Trump trusted Cohen with all his secrets and now Cohen is a liar and a cheat.

Now Trump trusts Putin, Kim Jong Un, and the Saudis. Guess how that will work out?

I love how AOC schooled all of them (even some of her fellow D backbenchers) in effective questioning that puts down markers for additional subpoenas.
Did Jordan say anything about Benghazi? I must have missed it.

Baier sometimes remembers he’s a journalist, and not just a talking head.

He’s dead, Jim.

I like the fact that Rep. Jordan doesn’t wear a jacket. It shows he’s a true champion of the common man.

Cohen had some great zingers yesterday.

But so did a few Reps.

My favorite:

“Our colleagues are not upset because you lied for the president. They are upset that you stopped lying for the president.” -Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD)

I too was puzzled by the headline.

I think the problem is that when I say the phrase “dogged in the pursuit of the truth” I pronounce it “dog-ed” but when I read it the voice in my head says “dogd” which sounds goofy (pun intended).

Come to think of it, I don’t know that I’ve ever seen the phrase written down; I’ve only ever heard it orally.

What’s this about doggy style? Jordan has to quit evading and answer the question.

Why even interview Jordan? . He never answers any questions.

I loved her too. No drama and to the point looking for information. Night and day compared to the grand standing poppinjays of the GOP.

The answer to Baier’s ‘dogged’ questioning is implicit in Jordan’s non-answer: there is no way to defend the president from the facts presented by Cohen.

Jordan is a tool representing a whole lot of gerrymandered rural Ohio nothing.

That he is the ranking RepublicanRussian on the Oversight committee shows how far that party has fallen.
