If he is confirmed, I am hoping that RBG, Kagan and Sotomayor refuse to look at him. Refuse to shake his hand. Refuse to be in the same room with him, alone or crowded to the rafters. Attend the Case Conferences with the other Justices via Skype.

Re the calendar. Yes, a surprising number of âGROUNDEDâ entries; whatâs that all about. Lots of âskisâ - alpine, cross country, water?
