I’m always surprised that people who have these kinds of problems at work don’t seem to think of recording conversations. They may not be eligible in court but at least you can prove your point to the public.

Depends upon the state. In my state, it’s legal so long as one person agrees to the recording… meaning that any participant can record without permission from other parties.
Any cell phone will let you do this.
I don’t know what the laws are in Iowa, tho.

Great article – thanks, littlegirlblue. Lots of info. If proven true–and the campaign’s financial filings are quoted already–it does sound his campaign treats women as secondary, only there for eye candy. It also gives me the creeps. Donald Trump is a letch.

I am not saying she’s lying, but I can’t think of a single thing the Donald has said or done that indicates he would run a campaign that denies equal opportunity to women staff. He even says he loves “the girls” and they love him, and he’d date his daughter if she was not his daughter. And he is so sensitive to girls’ needs like Meghan Kelly’s that he understands allowances must be made for their monthly “times.”
And as for speaking at his rallies, the last time he allowed a woman to do this she was made fun of on national TV. So I think it is clear that women who love and support Trump do not have to be pregnant and barefoot in the kitchen, but they also are not qualified to get paid the same as the male staff or speak at his rallies like the men who presumably have much deeper speaking voices.
If you drill into a septic tank, don’t be surprised when you find shit.

Well the majority of women already know just how “sexist” Trump truly is! So its no surprise to me that he would treat his female employees differently than his male employees.

But seriously, this is interesting. This is the first different thing that’s come along since Trump began. If Trump’s organization, including staff, start driving the message, he’s in trouble.
I expect Trump can dodge this particular “incident,” but if this is the start of Trump’s operation coming to the fore, he can’t game that any way but to be defensive.
