Of course he’ll turn on Trump. So will Manafort because Trump only hires the best people.

Trump’s trade wars maybe harming some agriculture sectors - but it’s doing wonders for the popcorn growers.

I don’t know much about commodities trading - but it seems like a good time to snap up corn/popcorn - courtesy of Trump, Cohen and the SDNY USDA.

At 51 today, with time off for good behaviour, Cohen might get out in his early 70’s. In the meantime his taxi “empire” will have gone to shyte, his cheesy real estate holdings will have gone into receivership; or, maybe Vladimir the First will declare an amnesty for all the stand-up guys who kept the game going, and he’ll be out in time to collect Social Security.

Another story pointing out that they don’t know how exposed, or on what, they are because of the Cohen raid. Cohen doesn’t even know, which is why he is so desperate to go back through all the files the FBI seized.

That’s kind of a big problem.

Of course, this applies to everyone else on Trump’s staff or in his circle of confidsycophants. No one who structures his life around NDAs has any real security.

What’s to turn on in this witch hunt? NO COLLUSION!

No one who structures his life around NDAs has any real security.

And, likely, more than a little to hide.

Donnie Two Scoops, I just thought I’d let you know that COLLUSION is actually the least of your legal problems.

(((schadenfreude moment)))

Remember this Donnie … you wanted to be president (for whatever reason ) and that whoever is in that office lives under a microscope 24/7 and it really is the truth. You thought that didn’t apply to you because you thought if you said… “IT IS SO”… often enough that reality would bend to your will.
It doesn’t work that way Donnie. It just doesn’t work that way.

What the hell? Why is Goldberg blabbing to the WSJ? Why do I know so much? Doesn’t this guy understand attorney/client privilege? It’s probably actually real in this case, as opposed to Hannity/Cohen.

Honest to God…what kind of a sick paranoid world do these Trumpsters LIVE in? Nobody trusts anybody. Everyone is knifing everyone else in the back. They are all toadying up to Donnie who isn’t loyal to ANYBODY…what a life.

Dubious.

Why on earth would Donnie’s lawyer blab to the press about their phone call? And why isn’t Donnie screaming about attorney/client privilege on this?

Because this is planned intimidation toward Cohen.

So, Jonathan Chait points out that Cohen flipping is only a problem if Trump committed crimes. His friend Goldberg must know Trump is guilty of something.

Just look at how PP treats literally everyone in his orbit. Even the people he “loves” the most are constantly pit against one another, always vying for his affection, or are little more than trinkets/sex kittens. While he demands total loyalty, he gives none to anyone. That’s the perfect recipe for betrayal. Nobody, except maybe his two extraordinarily stupid adult sons, is going to go to give up everything and go to jail for him.

Jared would flip faster than his dad could hire a hooker for blackmail.

I didn’t read the WSJ article, but it doesn’t sound like he is discussing any matters for which he was employed by Trump as his attorney.
