Thatās not the only error in that piece, he did Liberal Radio before joining MSNBC. He did Conservative too, but changed when he met his wife Wendy, that was the story he always toldā¦ I canāt remember where I was listening to him, but it might have been on Air America before it collapsed. He always said he was there for the guys who took a shower AFTER work. We need more of that.

I adored Ed and his show on MSNBC. I hadnāt kept up with him since he left MSNBC, but Iām sorry to hear he was working for RT. Ed was better than that. RIP

Good idea. When I had my heart attack I was 42 with less than 10% body fat and probably was in the best shape of my life. No symptoms at all. Just happened out of the blue. Then two years ago I had to have heart surgery. Again no symptoms. My cardiologist just had a suspicion something was wrong and went looking real hard for a reason to do a cath. He found it and he was right. Sick is right about how much better this cath stuff had gotten. Second time there were no sandbags or overnight stay. They just put some pressure gizmo around my wrist and I had to hang out at the hospital for a couple of hours. Good news I was home for supper. Bad news was I needed surgery but that is still better than what could have happened.

I enjoyed Ed a lot on progressive radio, and he had a lot of Ed-head followers. But I think he was more of a Bernie bot and maybe that was a little different from the mainstream, not supporting HC. Anyway, he was one of the better progressive voices for a very long time.

But the Coens did not get it wrong. There is only one scene in the eponymous film that takes place in Fargo, which IS properly designated as being in North Dakota. The rest of the film takes place in Minnesota, so when people unfamiliar with the region donāt focus on the details or donāt remember the film vividly, they erroneously assume the town of Fargo to be in Minnesota. But the Coens, themselves Minnesota natives, did not misportray the geography.

No symptoms other that sensitivity to heat (over 75 Degrees had not energy or stamina) three stents later still having issues (again, sensitivity to heat being primary)ā¦ but, have appt to go back into the body shop for one of the two remaining blockages ā¦ may also try changing blood thinner meds ā¦
My warning is that your symptoms may be idiosyncratic ā¦

I hate to spoil this for you but the Ed you saw on MSNBC was a character he played. He went from being conservative to āprogressiveā when he figured out there was money in it. He was always a conservative and opportunist.

That was sorta my point ā the Fargo shows take place mostly in Minnesota. Hence the error makes a certain amount of sense.

Russert also was working three gigs; Chief Washington correspondent, MTP host and host of a weekend CNBC interview show. You figure the suits there and his author wife would have told him to narrow it down to one gig.
