What a bunch of

Trump and his people are

He wanted to submit a financial disclosure form with signing it to certify it was true. He literally does not understand honesty as a desirable thing in a person, or a thing that’s required in many situations. Just unreal.

oh but he’s going to drain the swamp! And take care of those corrupt politicians in DC!

If you voted for this turkey, you are a fucking idiot, full stop.

If it were anyone else, I would say “the mind boggles,” but after half a year of Drumpfie, my mind is all boggled out.

Trump has always been in it for the money. You don’t need a disclosure form to tell you that.

It’s what any good mob boss would do. Not signing the disclosure form…bada bing.

…or a calculating swine.

Don’t forget to Trump the ‘Rule of Law’ (and even the Constitution of the USA) are just so many government regulations.

Obviously the request came from Trump.
Does it violate the lawyer’s professional ethics to convey an unethical request?

I’m so much more transparent than Obama…with a few exceptions.

I don’t see that he’s capable of appreciating an abstraction, or seeing it has value. The universe is divided into good things—things that benefit him—and bad things that don’t. When he pays his lip service to things outside himself, like “our great country, which we love,” or “the great Abraham Lincoln” or the beautiful babies or military folks or whatever it is, it’s so profoundly clumsy, false and manipulative it makes your flesh crawl.

Loving this guy. Can we get him in front of Congress? Or how about replacing Nicole Wallace for an hour long daily show? Seems like he has plenty to say.

You capture the vacuous awkwardness of his speeches - even in his rallies - so well. Best articulation of why it gets so painfully awkward that I have read.

I do hope they checked the text of the signed version against the one he refused to sign–could be interesting.

Think about it this way. If Trump were selling hemorrhoid cream, he would have the same enthusiasm, use the same superlative adjectives, although he would probably hew closer to the facts.
Trump is just a salesman.

Trump lawyer: “So, can my client file this really important disclosure form without it being truthful? It would be much better for us if we could say we’re in compliance and you guys wouldn’t try to hold him to any of the actual details as factual.”

Ethics: WFT?
