Too late. He’s tainted, and he has no one to blame but himself.

Woolsey can smell Watergate in the air. Wants no part of it.

He’s no hero. He collaborated with Trump history will record.

Running away from Flynn. Can’t wait to get leaks from today’s briefing.

It is all about Gen. Flynn getting back at the IC for being fired as DIA chief: dangerous.

I am sure this move is making the intel community more comfortable with the new admin. Not. Suggests that Flynn is more influenced by the views of those like Alex Jones than those in the intel community. No idea if that is because he jumped the shark already and then was pushed out, or if it is because he was pushed out and shares that payback mentality with Trump. Guessing it is the former. Doesn’t really matter why. What matters is the country will be flying blind - hurtling from fringe threat to fringe threat and becoming less and less tied to reality. What has it been 9 weeks since the election? Is that a record for the diminuation of ‘World Leader’ status?

Trump: Loser; he wasn’t able to handle the heat. He is also bald and old.

I suspect its more than just smell. I suspect its heard and read.

That Orange Stank is going to follow and discredit a lot of people.
An odoriferous cloud of Orange corruption and stupidity.

Woolsey came pre-loaded with fleas.

Not saying he is. He just doesn’t want to go to prison.

In much worse ways than you are even imagining.

It takes months to name all new ambassadors. No President has ever done this for precisely that reason…you need to at least leave the diplomatic functions in place until you can name…and get passed…your nominations.

Also bare in mind that the vast majority of Trump’s nominees…haven’t even filed for the basic vetting paperwork required before they start their hearings. Not that that matters all that much, since the GOP is Congress is trying to bring up a bill to reduce civil employee pay to $1. There simply won’t be any people working in any agency to create reports to give the cabinet secretaries.

Woosley, as flawed as he is, gave Trump a patina of competence. His leaving means Trump is left with Flynn who is widely known as a flake. You can fly without seeing the ground if you have the right instruments. Trump doesn’t have the instruments he needs to fly blind.

This lack of real intelligence coupled with a buffoon in Berlin is how Europe stumbled into WWI. All that will be necessary is some sort of spark.

These are political, appointees. They are ceremonial positions. What is particular shitty is that he’s making them vacate posts by the 20th. Past administrations usually accommodate if kids are midway thru the school year, etc.

Isn’t Trump an executive producer? Sad!

It’s fairly simple: Woolsey sees his name being used to provide cover for things he doesn’t believe so he takes his name off the list. When he says he’s not functioning as an adviser anymore, I take that to mean that no one is listening to what he says. He’s still a schmuck, just not the same kind of schmuck as Michael Flynn.
