Brennanās description of Trump as a ānarcissistic, vengefulā autocrat is a colossal understatement. Time and again Trump has revealed himself to be a spoiled, childish brat who really believes that the entire world should bow down and kowtow to his every wish and action.
What is surprising in this affair is Nikki Haleyās very public threat to the entire UN General Assembly that she will be ātaking down names,ā an echo of the old infantile threat that, āIām gonna tell on you, just you wait . . .!ā

Brennan hasnāt said it out loud (and neither have the other ātenorsā, Comey and Clapper), but heās clearly aware that thereās an undeclared but rhetorically boisterous civil war happening now.
All three are aware that Trump and his supporters are a lost cause, but its the moderate Republicans who reluctantly voted for ā45ā that are seen as the future.
